My kids have been at OFS since they were two years old, and we have been truly grateful for the caring and enthusiastic teachers. OFS is a diverse school where many cultures come together. The school helps students and families from abroad adjust to life in Singapore quickly. Here, the kids learn, live happily, and make great friends. I would love to share my gratitude by joining the Parent Association, where we can work together to help new parents settle in smoothly and organised a lot events for parents.

Hi, I have been living in Singapore for 6 years and I have 2 boys at OFS. When we first came to OFS we were very impressed with the school facilities, how well the school is run and how friendly and nice the people are. After we have been to OFS my boys really wanted to join the school. OFS definitely provides a happy and safe environment, and a high level of education for my boys.

We have been in Singapore for three years, and my son is about to start the 11th grade IB program. I chose OFS based on a friend's recommendation, highlighting the experienced and friendly teachers. Once we joined, I found this to be true! The SPP classes are perfect for us as non-native English speakers. Additionally, the Tiger Team offers great opportunities for children who love sports. My family and I all love OFS because it feels like a warm and happy home.

We arrived in Singapore in November 2021, during the pandemic, and everything was complicated except choosing the right school for my daughter. I was relieved after online meetings with Ms. Joyce and the native speaker teacher, who answered all my questions. Since December 2021, my daughter has been happily attending OFS, now in seventh grade, making friends with people from all over the world. I chose OFS for the mother tongue course and the SPP (Study Preparation Program). When she started in third grade, she did not speak English, but now she speaks it fluently. I also appreciate the professionalism of the teachers and the strong collaboration between the school and families. I enjoy the multicultural environment at OFS, which enriches my life every day.

We came to Singapore in 2020. As our eldest son was entering the Middle School, we decided to reconsider our choice of school and ultimately chose OFS. We wanted a school that offered a mother tongue program, placed a strong emphasis on sports, and had a positive atmosphere where our children could enjoy attending.

We believe we made the right choice.

Now, our eldest son is entering high school, and our younger son is in his final year of elementary school. Both of them are enjoying their academics as well as Tigers.

Hello and Namaste, My name is Shruti Koltey, and I have been a proud member of the Parent Association since 2023. We moved from Mumbai, India to Singapore in 2006 and my son Veer was born here. Singapore is home for us. Our family joined the OFS community in Kindergarten back in 2019, when my son started schooling here. It has been a joy watching my son grow and thrive here—he genuinely looks forward to coming to school each day! Being involved in the school community brings me so much joy, and I feel proud to be part of such a diverse group of families. It is wonderful to see my son making friends from so many different countries—it really shows what a welcoming and inclusive place this school is. I am grateful to be part of it and to contribute through the Parent Association!

It has been two years since we became part of the OFS family. When we first came for a school tour, my child and I felt an indescribable sense of peace, which made it easy for us to choose OFS without hesitation. The always supportive teachers, school staff, and various activities for parents have continuously made life more comfortable for my family and me as we live abroad.

Now, OFS has become a significant part of our life in Singapore.

As a British parent of four children in Pre-K2, Grade 1, Grade 3, and Grade 5, we have been consistently impressed by the warm, high-quality education at every level. Our children are thriving both academically and emotionally, and the OFS Tigers sports program has been exceptional for our elder two, building confidence and teamwork. Being part of a school community made up of over 65 nations is nothing short of incredible—it ensures we are raising our children to be open-minded, culturally aware, and globally engaged.

My son began his school life at Overseas Family School (OFS) in K1, and now we’re stepping into our fifth wonderful year here. From the very start, OFS has felt like a warm and welcoming family to us. The teachers, staff, and fellow parents have been so kind and supportive — their friendliness made it so much easier for both my son and me to settle into life in Singapore. We’ve never once regretted choosing OFS. It’s truly a place where children can grow happily and confidently, surrounded by people who care.
