Enter your email address that you have registered with us during enrollment or security pass application. If you have never registered your email address with us, please contact our Support.
Enter your OFS ID number. This is a unique number assigned to every user in our system. Please refer to the 5 or 6-digit number on your OFS Security Pass. If you do not have an OFS Security Pass, please contact our Support.
Enter your password. Use a strong password with the combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Click on the Sign Up button. An email with the login details will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it, please check your Junk or Spam folder.
You can now log in to OFS Application using your new credentials.
