Students can participate in most sports either at a competitive level while ECAs/Clubs and Enrichment offer alternative pathways to enjoy sports and fitness. Students interested in participating in the Sports Program are required to sign-up to indicate their interest and/or preferences.

The Sports Program is open to Grades 2 to 5 students.
Competitive Sports at OFS is being transformed so that we may continue to offer programs, resources and activities that will inspire and engage our students to live an active and healthy lifestyle whilst further developing their knowledge, acquisition of higher level athletic skills and competitive level techniques and strategies.
To participate in one of the competitive sports on offer, students have to attend preseason trials prior to the commencement of each season. Students selected for competitive sports teams will be required to put in extra commitment to training, at least two times a week, and participate in both inter-school friendly school matches and ACSIS competitions throughout each season. Students will receive a Certificate of Participation at the end of the season if they attend 80% of the sessions.
